- When will my walkway be cleared? Service is triggered automatically once snow accumulation reaches roughly 5 cm, or about 2 inches. Your address sits at a fixed position on the neighbourhood route, so arrival times stay predictable through the season.
- What happens during a major snowfall? On a significant or prolonged storm we clear your pathway roughly halfway through the snowfall and return again once it has ended. That keeps you from being sealed in behind a full storm's worth of snow.
- Do I need to call after it snows? No. Seasonal customers receive service automatically whenever the snowfall trigger is reached. There is nothing to book and no message to send.
